The 12th Barrie Sea Scout Program is open to all 12th Barrie Scouts who have an interest in learning about and enjoying
watercraft activities. This program was initiated in 2005 as a natural extension of the many activities involving watecraft
which were already being enjoyed by 12th Barrie Scouts for the past several years.
